Café Don Víctor is produced on the Loma Verde farm, in the municipality of Confines - Santander, our crop grows under the shade of a wide variety of native trees from the Colombian Andes mountain range. The environmental conditions allow us to produce a coffee with a fragrance of peach, walnut and lime. Nutty and sweet caramel flavour, medium acidity, medium creamy body, persistent aftertaste.
